What happens at a design consultation?
A conversation, not a pitch: we listen to what you want to change, walk through how your project would actually run, and give you honest first reactions on scope and approach. At the showroom you'll do it surrounded by full-scale displays; on video or in your home, the same designers, same conversation.
Is the consultation free?
Yes — the consultation is complimentary.
Can we meet at the showroom, over video, or at my home?
All three. Tell us which you prefer and a designer confirms your time within one business day.
How soon will you get back to me after I book?
A real person replies within one business day — that's the sitewide standard, and it applies to every path on this page.
Why do you ask about my budget?
So we bring the right ideas and right-size the plan — not to gate you. The question is optional, and "prefer to discuss on the call" is always an answer we respect.
Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
No. "Multiple / not sure" is a real answer in the very first question for a reason — most clients arrive with a feeling, not a plan. Shaping it together is the point of the consultation.
Can I send photos of my space or my inspiration?
Yes — tell us about them in the notes step, bring them to your consult, or reply to your confirmation email with them. Photos of the space today and of what you love both help.
What areas do you serve?
Central Florida — Orlando and its ring of communities: Winter Park, Maitland, Windermere, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Garden, Baldwin Park, Celebration, Apopka, Dr. Phillips, and out to New Smyrna Beach.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our work is full-scope design-build remodeling, so most projects are substantial — but the honest answer depends on your scope, and we'd rather talk it through on the call than post a number that doesn't fit your home.
