Kitchen & Bath Design Assistant – 20/20 Design Live REQUIRED
Starting Salary: $48,000 – $55,000 per year

This role is ONLY for candidates with recent, hands-on experience in 20/20 / 20-20 Design Live.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have recent, applicable experience using 20/20 Design (Design Live) in school, online courses, or in a professional setting.
To be considered, you must have either:
  1. Completed online or in-school courses specifically in 20/20 DesignOR
  2. minimum of 2 years of recent experience using 20/20 in a kitchen & bath or related design environment.
We will be asking detailed questions about your 20/20 experience and may request samples/screenshots of your work.
The Role: Kitchen & Bath Design Assistant (20/20 Design)
You’ll be a key part of our design team, supporting lead designers and helping bring dream kitchens & baths to life. This is a fantastic role for someone who loves the design process, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow into a more senior design role over time.
You will:
Use 20/20 Design / Design Live daily to:
  • Build and refine kitchen & bath layouts
  • Create detailed renderings and floor plans
  • Update drawings based on client and designer feedback
Support lead designers with:
  • Selections for cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and finishes
  • Preparing client presentations and design boards
  • Organizing project files, samples, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with:
  • Project managers & installers to ensure designs are accurate and buildable
  • Our small, skilled team to troubleshoot design challenges and refine solutions
Communicate with:
  • Internal team members to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Occasionally with clients (as your comfort and experience grow) to clarify details or assist in selections
  • Contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture by:
  • Being dependable, kind, and coachable
  • Sharing ideas and being open to feedback
  • Helping teammates when things get busy
Must-Haves:
  • Recent, hands-on experience in 20/20 Design / Design Live
  • Completed 20/20-specific coursework (online or in-school) OR
  • 2+ years of recent professional experience using 20/20
  • Strong attention to detail – you care about measurements, clear plans, and accuracy.
  • A genuine interest in kitchen & bath design.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Positive attitude, humility, and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required):
  • Experience in a remodeling, construction, or design-build environment.
  • Familiarity with cabinetry lines, materials, and finishes.
  • Customer-facing experience in design, retail, or service.
