Located just minutes from Disney, this residence was designed with hospitality in mind. The homeowners wanted an earthy yet sophisticated aesthetic that would warmly welcome visiting friends and family, and we delivered just that by blending natural materials and textures with modern, elevated finishes.

From the sleek custom bar and floating shelves in what was once the formal dining room, to the arched door leading into the home office, every space was thoughtfully reimagined. (Don’t miss the ceiling in the office—a bold treatment of contrasting tweed squares as a stylish nod to a business suit.)

In the kitchen, we incorporated a unique wood ceiling installation for visual interest and warmth. A charming arched coffee bar nook, sage green sunroom walls, and the calming, spa-like primary bathroom continue the earthy, welcoming tone throughout the home.

Every detail—from light fixtures and wallpaper to wall tile, fireplace stone, and wide-plank flooring—was chosen with intention to reflect the homeowners’ personal style and desire for comfort with refinement.
