  • The peninsula and its green tile came out; a stone-topped island took the floor.
  • The refrigerator moved onto the cooking wall, beside a lit tile niche.
  • The dropped soffit and its return-air grille came down.
  • Terracotta floor tile gave way to large-format porcelain.

One team, from the first sketch to the last drawer pull

Designed in-house, not outsourced

In-house interior designers work every square inch of the room so the new kitchen earns its footprint, then guide your palette, cabinetry and finishes — specified for how the room will actually be used, not just how it photographs.

Built by our own team, run by one person

Cabinetry, counters, fixtures and hardware are hand-selected for durability and supplied by KBF, and a designated project manager with our own trade teams installs them — so nothing arrives as a surprise and one person owns the schedule.

Backed for five years, in writing

Every kitchen we build carries our 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty — five years on the work itself: cabinetry set and aligned, stone and tile seated, and the fit and finish of what we installed. It is issued with your project agreement, and the claim form is public.
