Studio KBF is KBF Design Gallery's streamlined line for a designer-led, remove-and-replace transformation while keeping your existing layout — a kitchen, a primary bath, or every room in the house. The gate is complexity, not room count: if the layout stays, Studio KBF can take on any size of project, up to a whole-home remove-and-replace.
Every Studio project is delivered by the same award-winning team behind every KBF Design Gallery remodel — the same designers, the same project managers, the same 5-year craftsmanship warranty, working from the same Maitland showroom. What changes is the path: fewer decisions, a curated palette, and the same six-phase process on a constrained scope.
One Retainer, Rendered Real
First the drawing. Then the room.
The Waterfall Kitchen · Winter Park. She had already worked with another designer — and retained Studio KBF to see what our creativity would do with the same room. The studio’s answer, modeled first and signed that September: take the glossy white kitchen and its bar-height seating wall out entirely, and set a marble-veined quartz island — “waterfall end on living room,” in the contract’s own words — inside the same footprint. The model settled the architecture — the island, the tall bank, the runs. The material story reads straight off the project’s own paperwork: reconstituted-walnut slab fronts, quartz, warm brass.

- “All new”The contract took out the cabinets, counters, backsplash, appliances — and the wooden seating area.
- “Open to induction”The gas range left with the old kitchen. A 36-inch Thermador induction cooktop and a single electric wall oven took the run.
- “Integrated fridge”A Thermador built-in, paneled into the tall bank behind one long brass pull.
- “Wine fridge”Wired into the plan — the wine refrigerator gets its own outlet in the contract’s electrical scope.
- “Drawers”Drawer stacks across the perimeter, with pop-up outlets in the island so the quartz stays uninterrupted.
- “TV wall — needs storage”The entertainment wall shipped in the same contract as the kitchen: one hand, one contract, both rooms.

What changed is everything you touch: deep-olive cabinetry carried up to a crown, a quartz counter and base cabinets where there were none, brass hardware, a new washer and dryer. Keep what the house already gives you; replace everything that shows.
Both photographs are the same room, taken from the doorway — the before looking in, the after standing just inside — so they are not the same angle, and nothing here pretends they are. The one thing you can check across both frames is marked â‘ on each: the floor. The casing detail, â‘¡, is in the after frame only.
