Inspired by a trip to New Orleans, our clients wanted to convert their formal dining room into a moody parlor room with a speak-easy vibe.  We began by designing a custom bar with lighted glass cabinetry, and added some aged mirrors as the backdrop. A centerpiece of shelves with brass touches floats from the arch above. Next came inviting saddle-brown leather chairs, timeless moldings, sparkling accents, and a rich, dark paint EVERYWHERE. The result? A dreamy, dramatic, and cozy adult space that beats a run-of-the-mill formal dining room every time.
