What A Visit Actually Is

No pitch. No pressure. A room full of real materials and a designer who listens.

01

Walk 4,500+ square feet of working displays — full kitchens, complete baths, a slab-fronted bar — built the way we build them in your home.

02

Pull real samples in real light. Stone, cabinet doors, tile, hardware — side by side, in your hands, not on a screen.

03

Sit with a designer on scope, timeline, and what's likely behind your walls. Early-stage browsers are explicitly welcome.

If your project is the do-it-for-me kind — you want one accountable team to design it, build it, and stand behind it — this room is where that relationship starts. The designers who meet you here are the same people who will draw your plans, and they work for the same company whose field crews will build them. Nothing you see is a showroom-only fantasy: every display was built by the KBF field team, with the same cabinet lines, stone, and trades that go into client homes across kitchen and bathroom projects in Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, and the rest of Central Florida.

The Gallery

Five stops, under one roof

Every surface on this page is one you can touch on a Saturday — plus the hardware wall and lighting library between the stops. It's also where interior design selections happen for every KBF project: the studio that can also move the wall.

COUNTERTOP & SLAB LIBRARY

Quartz, quartzite, marble and granite — full-height slab applications you can stand in front of, not chip samples under fluorescent light. This is where countertop decisions stop being guesses.

CABINETRY & DOOR STYLES

Door profiles, finishes, and storage fittings from the cabinet lines we actually install — painted, stained, and textured, with the drawers open and the hinges working.

TILE & SURFACES

Working shower bays with fully tiled walls and mixed fixture finishes — pattern, grout, and trim decisions you can judge at full scale, standing where the glass would be.

FULL KITCHEN VIGNETTES

Complete kitchens — island, hood, appliances, lighting — assembled exactly as our field team builds them. Sit at the island. Open everything.

FULL BATH VIGNETTES

Vanities, freestanding tubs, and lit mirrors in room-scale settings — the difference between picking a faucet from a catalog and seeing your bathroom at 6 a.m. See where this leads on our bathroom remodeling page.

Bring Your Plans — Or Nothing At All

Walk in during hours, or book a designer hour

Bring floor plans, a contractor's drawings, a Pinterest board, or just the problem you're trying to solve. Walk-ins are welcome any time we're open; a booked visit reserves a designer whose whole hour is yours. Either way, you leave knowing what your project actually wants — our six-phase process, a same-footprint Studio KBF refresh, or honest advice to wait.

A designer can read a floor plan on the spot: which walls are likely load-bearing, where the plumbing wants to stay, what a realistic calendar looks like for your scope. That first honest read — before you've committed to anything — is the most valuable hour in remodeling, and here it's complimentary.

Kitchens, baths, and whole-home remodels all start in this room.

Events & Seminars

The showroom is also a classroom

Through the year, the showroom hosts design seminars and selection events — evenings where homeowners walk the displays with our designers, ask the unfiltered questions, and see how real projects come together. If you'd rather meet the team in a room full of people than one-on-one, that's the door in. The events page carries the current calendar.

Selections happen here too

Every KBF project — Signature or Studio — comes back to this room for selections. Cabinetry, stone, tile, fixtures, and hardware get chosen side by side, in real light, with your designer at the table. It's the "under one roof" promise made physical: the interior design studio and the construction company share an address, and this is it.

A KBF Client, In Their Own Words

“You helped me envision our dream and elevated it beyond what I could have imagined. … It is airy, bright, minimal and provides a place we love coming home to. It is peaceful and calm. … Our realtor told us that it’s a one of a kind.”

Before You Come In

Showroom FAQ

Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

No — walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. A booked consultation reserves a dedicated designer for your visit, which we recommend if you want a real working session on your project.

What happens during a showroom visit?

You walk the displays, pull real samples in real light, and — if you'd like — sit with a designer on scope, timeline, and approach. No obligation, no hard sell.

Can I bring my floor plans or contractor's drawings?

Yes, please do — plans, drawings, inspiration photos, or just questions. A designer can read a floor plan on the spot and tell you what your project likely involves.

Where is the showroom, and is parking easy?

1295 South Orlando Avenue, Maitland, FL 32751 — directly across from the Enzian Theater. Free parking on site.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, closed Sunday. Holiday hours may differ — call ahead on a holiday week.

Is there a cost to visit or to a first consultation?

No. Visiting the showroom is free, and so is a first consultation with a designer.

Do I need to be ready to start a project to come in?

Not at all. Early-stage browsing is welcome — many clients visit months before they're ready. Understanding what's possible is exactly what the showroom is for.

Do you host events or seminars at the showroom?

Yes — the showroom hosts design seminars and selection events through the year. See the events page for what's coming up.
