We are thrilled to once again be a part of Orlando’s Parade of Homes! Orlando’s 69th Annual Parade of Homes “showcases Central Florida’s most inspiring homebuilders and designers.” Showcasing both in-person, self-guided tours as well as online-only entries, the yearly parade allows you to “discover innovations in homebuilding, architectural design, energy efficiency, smart homes, outdoor living, interior style, remodeling and pool design.”
KBF’s entry in the Specialty Design (Kitchen or Bathroom Remodels) is this luxurious master bathroom remodel. Reimagining this owner’s retreat involved moving and removing walls to create a blank canvas for a completely new design. The new double-door entryway from the bedroom opens to reveal the focal point of the spa-like space: a freestanding tub with floor-to-ceiling tile and deep niche shelving on each side. A spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and bench seating sits to the right of the soaking tub, while a floating double vanity with bookend linen cabinets and quartz countertop anchors the opposite wall. The soft white and gray palette is accentuated with contrasting warm wood and champagne bronze fixtures and hardware.
